Our ampoules made of premium glass, borosilicate glass of the 1st hydrolytic class (type I) are particularly suitable for pharmaceutical, biological, dietetic and cosmetic filling goods. The PHARMA GLAS standard range extends from a wide range of clear and amber glass ampoules with filling volumes from 1 to 30 ml.

The word QUALITY is capitalized at PHARMA GLAS, for our partners we are just as happy and reliable to produce SUPER QUALITY on request. SUPERQUALITY ampoules are low-alkali ampoules that release sodium oxide below 50% of the permissible limit value according to Have ISO 4802-2.

We achieve this on the one hand through a standardized production method, the test records and tests of which can be traced back to 1986, and on the other hand through the use of a special tubular glass, which offers an inherently better hydrolytic resistance before the actual ampoule production.

When do you need a low-alkali ampoule?
We always recommend low-alkali ampoules for products with a higher pH value. In this way, possible interactions with the glass can be excluded and time-independent, safe packaging of your filling goods is guaranteed.

The PHARMA GLAS skewer ampoule (form B) made of borosilicate glass 1st hydrolytic class (type 1) is available in volumes from 1 ml up to and including 25 ml in clear or amber glass. Special formats are possible on request.

GLASS AMPOULES TYPE C

The PHARMA GLAS funnel ampoule (form C) has a characteristic extended funnel, which facilitates automatic filling.

The funnel ampoule made of borosilicate glass 1st hydrolytic class (type 1) is available in volumes from 1 ml up to and including 25 ml in clear or amber glass. Special formats are possible on request.

GLASS AMPOULES TYPE D

The PHARMA GLAS burn-on ampoule (form D) is delivered in a characteristically sealed manner and is therefore 100% sterile on the inside. This in turn offers the advantage for further filling that the burn-on ampoule no longer has to be sterilized, but is filled, resealed and packaged directly after opening by a strong flame.

CUSTOM MADE ON REQUEST

On request, we can also produce special ampoules for you. Please note that the skewer and funnel ampoules are typically open upon delivery. For this reason, they must be washed or sterilized before being filled. On the other hand, burn-on ampoules are sealed on delivery. After opening (with a strong flame), they are immediately filled, sealed and packaged. Regardless of which basic shape you choose, you have the option of choosing the right crushing system and the desired finishing for your product.

We offer you the following crushing systems:

BREAKING RING (CBR)

A colored ring is burned in in the area of the constriction, which weakens the glass structure. This makes it easy to break the ampoule.

One – Point – Cut

The ampoule receives a small cut in the area of the constriction and is marked above it with a colored dot. At this point, the application of pressure will break the ampoule.

Coderings

You can individually print up to 3 different colored code rings.

Monochrome printing

Monochrome, ceramic screen printing is also available on request
possible.

Multi-colored printing

Multicolored ceramic screen printing is even possible on request.
